My calling to the helping role - and the strengths I bring to it - are rooted in my lived experiences with developmental trauma, family addiction, grief, loss, relationship heartaches, sin, and the manifestation of each experience’s often debilitating consequences.

This counselling ministry is also a direct and powerful reflection of Christ’s saving work in me. Because of the grace upon grace I have received, I show up as an open and non-judgmental presence drawing from a well of empathy, patience, personal healing, and professional therapy experience.

​Alongside these life-formed qualifications is my extensive and life-long pursuit of education. As a committed student of the Bible, life, and psychotherapy, my training, learning, and application are a constant. I consistently bring both the greatest and the latest of effective wisdom to treatment in the counselling office.
