My calling to the helping role is rooted in my lived experiences with developmental trauma, generational addictions, grief, relationship heartaches, sin, and the debilitating consequences of each.

This counselling ministry is a direct and powerful reflection of Christ’s saving work in me. Because of the grace upon grace I have received, I show up as an open and non-judgmental presence drawing from a well of empathy, patience, personal healing, and professional experience.

​Alongside these life-formed qualifications is a life-long love of learning and education. As a committed student of the Bible, life, and psychotherapy, I consistently bring both the greatest and latest of effective wisdom to the counselling space.
