What to Expect
As a counsellor, my character and foundation are highly relational. You can expect sincerity, empathy, humour, and wisdom, offered with a straight-forward approach rooted in biblical truth and evidence-based practice from the world of psychology.

Together, we make the space to connect with and make sense of your story - exploring your hurts, questions, laments, and fears without judgement. I offer a safe, confidential space where all are respected and welcome. Wherever you are in your walk, I will meet you there.

Decades of research show the number one predictor of positive outcomes in therapy is the quality of the therapeutic relationship - this is something we'll build with utmost priority.

My approach to counselling is always biblically rooted and completely individualized to you and your goals. Alongside Biblical Counselling, I draw from an integrated range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solutions Focused therapy, and more.

Regardless of method, we will work collaboratively to create meaningful goals toward a purposeful and congruent life. You are the expert on you - I am here to listen, learn, guide, and teach.

Far from God?

Wherever you are, I promise to walk with you at your pace. My heart is to help bridge the distance between you and Jesus - between your trauma, your anxiety, your depression and the One who promises to break chains. Whether you’re carrying the weight of your own sin and shame, or living with the effects of sin against you, this is a place for sincerity. A place where you can safely explore your hurts, doubts, questions, laments, and fear, without judgement.
By inviting the Holy Spirit into places of pain, there is hope for healing, for restoration, and for faith to build. And it’s okay if you’re not there yet. Come as you are - I will meet you there, and He will too.
